aficionados flat-out refuse to acknowledge the existence of any other. Motorists drive more
carefully with it on their passenger seat than they would their own children. To watch it grow cold
is to induce anxiety.
What makes the classic New York pizza so special? Is it the thin, airy crust, hand-tossed and baked
to perfection? Some believe the secret can be found in the water, while others attribute the
distinctive flavour and crust to the religious use of piping-hot, decades-old, wood-fired ovens.
They said it couldn’t be replicated. They insisted it could never be done. They claimed that to even
attempt it would be foolishness of the highest order.

At Ringo’s, our head chef has recreated the pottery scene from Ghost in search of the perfect
dough. Our delivery drivers use sirens. We’ve sourced only the finest, freshest ingredients to bring
you our take on the simplest, most down-to-earth NY-style pizza around. Zesty, home-made tomato
sauce and mouth-watering mozzarella are the stars of the show, and the crust is so darn good, we
just had to go and create a couple of signature dips to go along with it!
